So I said back when I was making my Bianco/Rosso Bag that I thought the basic shape would also make cool pillows. I have another friend with an upcoming birthday and a new apartment in Brooklyn, so I took my own suggestion and made her a pair. I made some changes, like not quilting them. I was tempted to call them Tricolore Pillows, but I don’t want the Italian thing to get out of hand.
Her living room colors are chocolate brown, brick red, and light mustard, so this is what I came up with. They only took a couple of hours, but they were good practice for me to use some of the things I’m learning in this class at Purl.
For all the details on how I made them, check out their How To page.
