Who’s Hiding by Satoru Onishi is a great memory book for little children. Every page has the same group of crisply illustrated animals, but the background color on the page changes. This causes one animal per page to disappear into the background, except for their facial features. So for example, on the green page our hippo friend disappears except for eyes, nostrils, and smile. It’s interactive and really helps sharpen observation skills.
